R S Rajagopal Sastry Resigns as CFO of ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems

R. S. Rajagopal Sastry has tendered his resignation as Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of ZF Commercial Vehicle Control System India Limited due to personal reasons. He will serve his notice period and will be relieved of his duties on January 16, 2024.

R. S. Rajagopal Sastry, company secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Prior to ZF Commercial Vehicle Control System India, he worked with WABCO India Limited as CFO, R Stahl (P) Limited as Director of Finance and Company Secretary, Visteon Automotive Systems as General Manager Business Planning and Finance and General Manager Material Planning and Logistics, Madras Aluminium Company (MALCO), Sridhar and Santhanam as a consultant, and worked with Indian Air Force as an Airman.
