R Dinesh Appointed Executive Chairman of TVS Supply Chain Solutions

TVS Supply Chain Solutions has appointed R Dinesh as the Executive Chairman with effect from 29th August 2023. Also, K. Ananth Krishnan and Narayan K. Seshadri are appointed as Independent Directors. Dinesh has replaced S Mahalingam who retired from the positions of Chairman & Independent Director. S Ravichandran has also Resigned from the post of Non-Executive Director.

R Dinesh is the founder of TVS Supply Chain Solutions. He has around 34 years of experience in the auto retail services, digitization and global supply chain and logistics industries. R Dinesh holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the Madurai Kamaraj University. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India.

K Ananth Krishnan retired as the Chief Technology Officer of Tata Consultancy Services. Ananth Krishnan specialises in research and innovation on networks and interdisciplinary applications.

He has an M. Tech. in Computer Science, an MSc. in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a BSc. in Physics from Fergusson College in Pune.

Narayan K. Seshadri has over 40 years of experience across different sectors and countries. He focuses on business transformation, enabling companies to continually address challenges arising from economic, regulatory and technological changes. Seshadri graduated from the University of Bangalore and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in1983.
