PTC India Financial Services’ Director & CFO Mahendra Lodha Resigned

Mahendra Lodha has tendered his resignation as the Director (Finance) and Chief Financial Officer of PTC India Financial Services Limited, which was accepted by the Board on June 26, 2024. He will be relieved with effect from July 25, 2024.

Mahendra Lodha is a fellow Chartered Accountant and company secretary with more than three decades of experience. He has worked in private equity, venture capital, alternative investment funds, fund of funds, investment banking, and project finance, primarily focusing on supporting MSMEs in India. Prior to PFS, he worked with SIDBI Venture Capital as Chief Executive Officer.
