Patra India MD Lakshmi Mukkavilliis the new Chief of CII IWN South

Lakshmi Mukkavilli has been designated as the chairwoman of CII Indian Women Network’s (IWN) southern region for the year 2023-24. She is the Managing Director of Patra India BPO Services Pvt Ltd. Lakshmi has a long-standing association with CII IWN, having previously served as the chairwoman for Andhra Pradesh in 2018-19. She has also been the co-lead for the Southern Regional Vertical Council on Mentorship in 2020-21, and a member of the CII Southern Region Sub-Committee on HR and IR in 2020-21.

Lakshmi was awarded the “Most Talented Leaders in Outsourcing Industry” by Asia Outsourcing Congress, Mumbai. She has 15 years of experience as MD of Patra India BPO Services, a subsidiary of California-based Patra Corporation.

Shirin Sails, Vice President-HR at Trane Technologies (India), Bangalore, has been appointed as the deputy chairwoman of CII IWN southern region for 2023-24. Shirin has been an active member of CII IWN and previously served as chairwoman of IWN, Karnataka, in 2019-20 and co-convenor of the CII Karnataka Sustainability Panel in 2022-23.
