Orchid Pharma’s Independent Director Mudit Tandon Resigned

Mudit Tandon, Independent Director of Orchid Pharma Limited, has tendered his resignation from the company with effect from April 12, 2024, due to other commitments and personal reasons.

Mudit Tandon has 16 years of experience and serves as a Director on the Board of Tex Fasteners. He previously worked for Motorola in Arlington Heights, Illinois. He completed the Indian School of Business’s PGP in Management programme, specialising in finance and rategy. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
