OnMobile Global’s Independent Director Sanjay Kapoor Resigned

Sanjay Kapoor has tendered his resignation as an Independent Director of OnMobile Global Limited, with effect from April 9, 2024. He indicated a desire to spend additional time on his personal business and cited a paucity of time on account of his involvement as a Director on the other Boards. Kapoor was also a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Compensation Committee, Stakeholder Relationship Committee, and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee.
