Navkar Corporation announced the resignation of Chief Financial Officer Anish Maheshwari on 17th August 2023.Anish Sevaram Maheshwari, aged 40 years, has over 15 years of experience in Finance verticals includingAccounts, Governance, Business Planning, Taxation, Fundraising, Investor Relations. He has also played a key role on all the key strategic initiatives, projects, built capabilities such as Initial Public Offer, Qualified Institutional Placement, Merger/Amalgamations, Private Freight Terminals Project and other key developments of the company. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, diploma on International Financial Reporting Standards, both from International Business Management Institute Germany, Diploma on Infrastructure and Project Finance from International Academy for Certificate and Training.
