Natarajan Srinivasan reappointed as MD of CG Power, CSP Varadarajan quits

Natarajan Srinivasan has been reappointed as Managing Director of CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited. The re-appointment has been made for a period between November 2023 and April 2025. Having more than 38 years of corporate experience, Natarajan Srinivasan held several senior positions during his tenure at the Murugappa Group and was a director of Tube Investments of India Ltd, Cholamandalam MS General Insurance Company Ltd, and Tl Financial Holdings Ltd.

He holds a Commerce degree and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.Currently, Srinivasan serves as an Independent Director on the Board of Godrej Agrovet Limited and Computer Age Management Services Limited.

Meanwhile,P Varadarajan has resigned from his position as Company Secretary at CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited effective May 8, 2023.
