Ms. Meena Jagtiani is an Independent Woman Director of Sheela Foams Limited, also Chair of the Stakeholder Relationship Committee and Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee & Corporate Social Responsibility Committee. She also sits on the boards of Morton Foods Ltd ( A KK Birla group company) and Swatantra Microfin Pvt Ltd as an independent director. At Svatantra she also serves as Chair of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and as a Member of the Audit Committee. An experienced HR professional she is currently working as an Independent HR Advisor on Strategic HR Projects for clients and also as a leadership development coach.
