Max Ventures appoints Abhishek Mishra as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

Abhishek Mishra is appointed as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of  Max Ventures and Industries with effect from May 19, 2023. Mishra has around 13 years of work experience and has exposure in the areas of Securities and Capital Market Law, Corporate Laws, FEMA and Compliance Management, Stakeholder Management, Board Management, Merger & acquisitions and ESOPs. In his previous stint, he was a Company Secretary and Compliance officer of Jubilant Industries Limited for five years and was associated with Jubilant Group for more than a decade.

In another key announcement, company has re-appointed Gauri Padmanabhan as an Independent Director of the Company for her second term of five years commencing from November 26, 2023. Gauri Padmanabhan is a Leadership Consultant with over three decades of diversified experience in the services sector and is presently an Independent Director and Leadership Advisor for well-known listed and private companies.
