Marco P. A. Wadia Joins Texmaco Rail & Engineering As Independent Director

Marco Philippus Ardeshir Wadia has been appointed as an Independent Director (Additional Director) of Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited w.e.f. December 30, 2024, subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Wadia is a member of the Bar Council of India. He has been a practicing advocate since 1986 and was a partner in the law firm Crawford Bayley & Co. He presently serves as an Independent Director of Stovec Industries Ltd., Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilisers Ltd., and many private companies. He has over three decades of experience in the legal profession, specialising in joint ventures, corporate matters, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Wadia has a B.A. (Hons) and an LLB from Mumbai University.
