Marathon Nextgen Realty Appoints Suyash Bhise as CFO

The Board of Directors of Marathon Nextgen Realty Limited has approved the appointment of Suyash Bhise as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) with effect from June 21, 2024.

Suyash Bhise is a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds certificates in business management, insurance and risk management, and US GAAP and accounting standards. With robust experience in fund raising, private equity, forex hedging, financial planning and analysis, M&A, valuations, taxation, and related disciplines, he has demonstrated comprehensive proficiency in his field. Over his extensive career spanning more than 20 years, he has been associated with prominent organisations such as Puranik Builders, Hinduja Realty Ventures, and The Phoenix Mills, among others.
