KPIT Technologies Appointed Srinath Batni as Independent Director

Srinath Batni has been appointed as the Independent Director of KPIT Technologies on 25th July 2023. Batni is presently the Co-founder & Director of Axilor Ventures Pvt Ltd, a start-up incubation and early-stage funding Company. Axilor helps early-stage startups in the areas of Healthcare, Environment & Renewable Energy, Deep Tech, B2B E-commerce & Agri Tech. He also serves as an Independent Director, Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee & Member of the Audit Committee on the Board of Cigniti Technologies Limited, Hyderabad.

He has earlier served as an Independent Director, Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee & Member of the Audit Committee on the Board of AXISCADES Technologies Limited and Global Edge Software Ltd.

Srinath Batni holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mysore University and a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.
