Keki Elavia has retired from Bombay Dyeing’s Board of Directors

Keki Elavia completed his term as Non-Executive Independent Director of Bombay Dyeing and Manufacturing Company Limited on August 14, 2024. Upon his retirement, he shall also cease to be the Chairperson of the Audit Committee and the Rights Issue Committee and a member of the Rish Management Committee of the Board.

Elavia started his career with S. R. Batliboi as a Partner. He continues to serve on the Boards of Go Airlines (India) and Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Earlier in his career, he has worked with Sterling and Wilson Solar, Dai-ichi Karkaria, Tata Asset Management, Goa Carbon, Godrej Industries, Allcargo Logistics, Kalyaniwalla & Mistry, Britannia Industries, Grindwell Norton, and Mazars. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a B.Com. degree from R. A. Podar College of Commerce & Economics.
