KEI Industries Appoints Vinay Mittal as Independent Director

The Board of Directors of KEI Industries Limited has approved the appointment of Vinay Mittal as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for five years w.e.f. July 29, 2024. Subject to the approval of shareholders of the company.

Vijay Bhushan, Vikram Bhartia, Kishan Gopal Somani, and Pawan Bholusaria, Independent Directors of the company, completed two terms of 5 years each w.e.f. September 18, 2024.

Vinay Mittal is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). He has worked in the field of banking and finance with ANZ Grindlays Bank, Max India, EXL Services and HT Media at senior management levels. In 2016, he started investing in start-up companies and mentoring their management. Mittal has done his schooling at St. Columba’s High School. Later, he completed his B.com. (honours) from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi.
