Kaizad Bharucha has been appointed as Deputy Managing Director of HDFC Bank

The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has granted approval for the appointment of Kaizad Bharucha as HDFC Bank’s Deputy Managing Director for a term of three years starting from April 19, 2023. Bharucha has a career spanning over 35 years in banking and has been associated with the bank since 1995. Currently, he serves as Executive Director, overseeing Wholesale Banking, which includes Corporate Banking, PSUs, Capital & Commodities Markets, Financial Institutions, Custody, Mutual Funds, Global Capability Centre & Financial Sponsors coverage, and Banks coverage. Before joining HDFC Bank, Kaizad Bharucha held multiple positions in Trade Finance and Corporate Banking at SBI Commercial and International Bank.
