Jyothy Labs’ Whole-Time Director, M. R. Deepthi Has Resigned

The Board of Directors of Jyothy Labs Limited has accepted the resignation of M. R. Deepthi as a Whole-Time Director, with effect from November 24, 2023.

M.R. Deepthi is a company secretary, a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), and a member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. She has expertise in finance and secretarial functions; she plays a pivotal role in activities such as budget formulation, strategic planning, treasury management, business performance reviews, fundraising, and other financial aspects within the company. Additionally, she provides guidance in the areas of taxation, legal matters, and secretarial functions for the company.
