Jose Martel Ceased To Be Non-Executive Director Of IRB Infrastructure

The company is in receipt of communication from Cintra INR Investments BV (Cintra) in respect of the withdrawal of the nomination of Jose Angel Tamariz Martel Goncer as the Non-retiring Non-Executive Director of IRB Infrastructure Developers Limited with effect from December 9, 2024, due to internal reallocation of responsibilities.

Consequently, he has ceased to be a Director and a member of all the committees of the Board of Directors of the company.

Jose Tamariz began his career with Grupo OHL as a Project Manager before moving to Shell. He joined Cintra in 1999 and dedicated over 25 years to the company, holding various leadership roles, including Regional Manager of Cintra Aparcamientos S.A., Head of the Project Development Department, and Managing Director of Autopista Madrid Sur C.E.S.A., among others. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
