JK Tyre & Industries Appoints Kamal Manik as Joint Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of JK Tyre & Industries Limited has approved the appointment of Kamal Kumar Manik as Joint Company Secretary, with immediate effect. Consequent to his appointment, Kamal Kumar Manik has also assumed the role of Key Managerial Personnel (as Joint Company Secretary) with Pawan Kumar Rustagi, who is the Vice President (Legal) and Company Secretary of the company.

Kamal Kumar Manik is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and is presently Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of Cavendish Industries, a subsidiary of JK Tyre & lndustries. Manik is also a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost and Management Accountant. He has over 33 years’ experience in Corporate Finance, Corporate Restructuring, Corporate Legal matters, including company law, and secretarial matters in reputed companies. He joined JK Tyre in 2000 and worked in the Corporate Finance department of the company prior to his present role.
