JBM Auto Reappoints Praveen Kumar Tripathi as Independent Director

The Board of Directors of JBM Auto Limited has approved the reappointment of Praveen Kumar Tripathi, Independent Director of the company, for a second term of five years commencing on July 11, 2024. Subject to the approval of shareholders in the ensuing annual general meeting.

Praveen Kumar Tripathi is a retired IAS officer with an illustrious career spanning over 40 years in public service from 1977 to 2017 (including 5 years as Chairman of the Public Grievances Commission and Police Complaints Authority). He held various key senior positions at the state and central levels. He has also been on the Board and Governing Council of Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation, TATA Power, BSES Rajdhani Power, BSES Yamuna Power, the Institute of Biliary and Livery Sciences, Delhi, and the National Law School, Delhi. Tripathi is a postgraduate in political science from Allahabad University and a gold medallist.
