Jayashree Vaidhyanathan Reappointed As Independent Director Of UTI AMC

Jayashree Vaidhyanathan has been reappointed as Non-Executive Independent Director of UTI Asset Management Company, effective December 16, 2024, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company.

Dipali Hemant Sheth ceased to be the Non-Executive Independent Director with effect from December 15, 2024.

Vaidhyanathan has held roles such as Head of Technology and Strategy at Scope International Private Limited and Partner at Accenture Services Private Limited. She has also served as an Independent Director at Altran, a US-based global engineering and innovation consulting firm, and Mahindra Sanyo Steel. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science Engineering from the University of Madras, an MBA from Cornell University, and a Chartered Financial Analyst from the CFA Institute, USA.
