Iqbal Singh the Independent Director of Fiem Industries resigned

Iqbal Singh has tendered his resignation as Independent Director of Fiem Industries Limited with effect from September 4, 2023. Consequently, he has also relinquished his position as a member of the Audit Committee and member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee.

Iqbal Singh operates his own business and has 33 years of expertise in the export and automotive parts sectors within the field of engineering goods.
