Non-Executive Independent Directors P. N.Vijay, R. C. Bhargava, Dr. S. Narayan and Dr. Ajay Dua of Dabur India Limited have completed their on July 21, 2024 and consequently have ceased as Directors w.e.f .July 22, 2024.

Dr. Ajay Dua has also ceased as member of Stakeholders Relationship Committees w.e.f. July 22, 2024.

In another development, Anil Bothra, Vice President- Corporate Affairs of the company, has on July 8, 2024, resigned from to move forward for the career progression. The resignation has been accepted on July 22, 2024, and will be effective from August 09, 2024.
