Independent Director K Ramasubramanian Retired From Patel Engineering

Kuppusubramanian Ramasubramanian has completed his second and final term as an Independent Director of Patel Engineering Limited w.e.f. September 19, 2024.

Ramasubramanian, former General Manager of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). During his tenure at RBI, he also served as a faculty member at the RBI Staff College in Chennai and was a professor at S.P. Jain Institute of Management, Mumbai, for eight years. He has an MSc from the University of Kerala, a PostGraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) from Anna University, and a Certified Associate in Insurance and Banking (CAIIB) certification.
