Independent Director Achal Bakeri Re-appointed at Nuvoco Vistas Corporation

Achal Bakeri has been reappointed as an Independent Director of Nuvoco Vistas Corporation Limited for five years, with effect from April 7, 2024.

Achal Bakeri is the promoter, founder, Chairman and MD of the world’s largest air-cooling company, Symphony Limited. Bakeri has been an advocate for green and eco-friendly cooling solutions and has popularised ergonomically designed evaporative coolers in the residential, commercial, and industrial segments. He received several awards for entrepreneurship and leadership. He has an Architectural Diploma degree from Ahmedabad’s Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology (CEPT) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California, United States.
