IIFL Finance Appoints Shubham Khare as Legal Head

IIFL Finance Limited appoints Shubham Khare as the new legal head of the company, with effect from June 15, 2024.

Shubham Khare has over thirteen years of experience in the legal domain. Previously, he served as Vice President, Legal at Piramal Capital. He has also worked with Luthra & Luthra Law Offices, Wadia Ghnady & Co., Trilegal, and Khaitan & Co. He holds a BA LLB (Bachelor of Legislative Law) from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal, 2011.
