Huhtamaki India Appoints Abhijaat Sinha as Company Secretary

The Board of Directors of Huhtamaki India Limited has approved the appointment of Abhijaat Sinha as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, with effect from March 22, 2024.

Abhijaat Sinha is a qualified law graduate and a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He has cumulative experience of more than 23 years in secretarial, legal, and compliance functions across various industries. Earlier, he worked with Confidential, Styrenix Performance Materials Limited (formerly INEOS Styrolution India Limited), Tikona Infinet, Abhijaat S & Associates Company Secretaries, ATC Tyres, Tikona, Digital, Piramal Ent., Great Offshore, Bharat Serums and Vaccines, Trent, and Embio.
