GTPL Hathway Reappoints Divya Sameer Momaya as Independent Director & Amitkumar Shah as Whole-Time Director

The Board of Directors of GTPL Hathway Limited has approved the reappointment of Divya Sameer Momaya as an Independent Director for three years with effect from September 28, 2024, as recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

The Board also approved the reappointment of Amit Jayantilal Shah as a whole-time Director for three years with effect from the expiry of his present term of office, i.e., with effect from September 28, 2024. Subject to the approval of the members.

Divya Sameer Momaya is a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with an overall experience of 19 years. Momaya is also a member of the Institute of Directors and is on the working committee of various eminent organisations like the Jain International Trade Organisation (JITO), the JITO Angel Network (JAN), the IMC Chamber of Commerce and Industry, etc. She is the founder of D. S. Momaya & Co., Company Secretaries. She is also the founder and Director of MMB Advisors Private Limited (MentorMyBoard). Her corporate journey includes experience with companies like BSEL Infrastructure Realty and the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Amit Jayantilal Shah has around 18 years of experience in the cable and internet service provider industries. Shah has been associated with the company since 2009. His proactive, personalised approach to the business has helped its growth, the company said in a statement.
