Gerd Graehsler Appointed as Non-Executive Director of Bata India

On January 8, 2024, the Members of Bata India Limited approved the appointment of Gerd Graehsler as a Non-Executive Director.

Graehsler currently serves as the Group Chief Finance Officer at BATA Brands SA. With a background as a finance executive, Gerd has experience in global branded consumer and omnichannel functions. His professional journey includes significant roles at Safilo Group for 9 years and P&G for more than 13 years. Additionally, he has gained comprehensive Group CFO experience marked by a robust family-owned reference shareholder. Holding a CFA charter, Graehsler is a graduate of the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration. He also holds a CEMS Master of Management.
