T. Sivakumar has ceased to be an Independent Director of General Insurance Corporation of India Limited with effect from December 20, 2024.

Sivakumar has 32 years of experience as a civil engineer and government-licensed contractor. He has completed construction projects for various government agencies, working on different types of buildings and infrastructure. He is a partner at Sivakumar Constructions. He is committed to serving the upliftment of underprivileged and disabled individuals. Sivakumar holds an M. Tech in Civil Engineering and is a Gold Medallist.
