Fortis Malar Hospitals’ Company Secretary Sandeep Singh Resigned

Sandeep Singh, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Fortis Malar Hospitals Limited, has resigned on February 29, 2024.

Sandeep Singh, a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), has over 10 years of experience in the fields of corporate law, IPO (due diligence and DRHP filing), M&A, Board management, and corporate governance. Prior to Fortis Malar hospitals, he worked with Columbia Asia Hospitals, PDS Multinational, Lanco, and V2 Retail.
