Electrotherm India CFO Chiragkumar Shah has Resigned

Chiragkumar Shah, Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of Electrotherm (India) Limited, has tendered his resignation, and he has been relieved from the services with effect from April 12, 2024.

Chiragkumar Shah has approximately two and a half decades of experience in the field of accounting. Prior to Electrotherm (India), he worked with Crop Life Science as General Manager, Accounts, Finance, and Taxation; ASTI Corporation as Deputy General Manager, Accounts and Finance; BUCHI Laboratory Equipment as Finance Manager; Schneider Electric as Assistant Manager, General Ledger; and Koch-Glitsch as Assistant Account Manager. He has completed Professional Education II, Accounting Technology/Technician, and Bookkeeping from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and a Bachelor of Commerce from Gujarat University.
