Eimco Elecons’ Independent Director Reena P. Bhagwati, Resigns

Reena P. Bhagwati resigned from the post of Non-Executive Independent Director of Eimco Elecon Limited with effect from June 28, 2024, due to commitments and a desire to pursue other areas of interest.

Reena Bhagwati has more than 28 years of experience; she is the Joint Managing Director (JMD) of Bhagwati Autocast, the Director of Bhagwati Spherocast, and the Managing Director (MD) of Bhagwati Filters. She leads operations and strategic directions with full responsibility for the top and bottom lines, including strategy formulation, long-term planning, cross-functional management, and legal and financial obligations.

She has held leadership positions in several institutions, such as the President of the Institute of Indian Foundrymen (IIF) and the Chairperson of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Gujarat State Council, among others. She holds a Masters’ degree in Business Management (MBA) from Carnegie Mellon University.
