Dinesh Kumar Mittal Appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director of NDTV

New Delhi Television Ltd (NDTV)  appointed  Dinesh Kumar Mittal as Non-Executive Independent Director on 27th June 2023.

He previously held the position of Secretary at the Department of Financial Services, where he was in charge of regulating banking, insurance, and pension laws in India. He is a former IAS officer from the 1977 batch. Mittal has held the positions of additional secretary in the Department of Commerce and secretary in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Additionally, he served as India’s chief negotiator during WTO talks. Mittal has practical experience in a variety of fields, including microcredit, corporate governance, banking, insurance, pensions, urban development, renewable energy, and infrastructure. He has a Master’s in Physics with a focus in Electronics from the University of Allahabad in India.
