Dharmishta Raval, Independent Director of NOCIL has retired

Dharmishta Raval ceased to be an Independent Director of NOCIL Limited upon completion of her second term of five years on July 22, 2024.

Since 1980, Raval, a partner of Raval & Raval, has served as a member of the Gujarat Bar Association. Her career includes serving at the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as Executive Director. She serves on many listed companies’ Boards as an Independent Woman Director.
