Shampa Ghosh Ray is a fellow of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and was associated with Usha Martins for over eight years. She has served as Company Secretary for various companies, such as Apollo Gleneagles Hospital, Tai Industries, Apeejay Tea, Wartsila India, Vikram Solar, and Kesoram Industries. She holds a company law certification from ICSI.
