Coromandel International Appoints Suresh Subramanian as Non-Executive Independent Director

The Board of Directors of Coromandel International Limited has approved the appointment of Suresh Subramanian as Additional Director, designated as Non-Executive and Independent Director, for a term of 5 years with effect from April 1, 2024.

Suresh Subramanian is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), has over the past more than 40 years of experience in the auditing and accounting profession having worked with many of the big 4 accounting firms in India. Subramanian has strong understanding and knowledge of accounting requirements and complexities across several industry segments having led or been involved in audit and other engagements of national and multinational corporations. He is currently independent director in listed companies, unlisted NBFCs and has past independent directorship in listed companies.
