Company Secretary Of Hercules Hoists Kiran Mukadam Has Stepped Down

Kiran Mukadam has resigned from the post of Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) at Hercules Hoists Limited, with effect from February 21, 2024, due to personal commitments.

Kiran Mukadam, a Company Secretary, has been working with Hercules Hoists for more than 11 years. Prior to Hercules, he worked with Ionbond as company secretary.
