Company Secretary of AksharChem (India) Meet Joshi has Resigned

Meet Joshi has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of AksharChem (India) Limited with effect from November 17, 2023, due to personal reasons. The Board has approved his resignation.

Meet Joshi is a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Prior to AksharChem India Joshi worked with Abellon Clean Energy and Merit Credit Corporation as Company Secretary, and also worked with Mukesh H. Shah & Co. as Apprenticeship Trainee.
