Cognizant CEO Ravi Kumar Joins the Board of USISPF

The US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF) has announced that Ravi Kumar S., the current Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Cognizant, will be appointed to its Board of Directors.

As per a press release, leading Cognizant, Kumar shapes the company’s strategic trajectory and has fostered a robust client-centric culture across all tiers. Since he joined in 2023, Kumar has concentrated on fostering sustainable growth and emphasising the importance of long-term shareholder value at Cognizant.

Kumar also serves as a Board member for TransUnion and the US Chamber of Commerce. Furthermore, he holds a position on the Board of Governors at the New York Academy of Sciences.
