Cholamandalam Investment elevates Executive Director Ravindra Kundu to MD

Ravindra Kumar Kundu, currently serving as the Executive Director of Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Limited, has been appointed as its new Managing Director (MD) for a term of five years, with effect from October 7, 2024.

Ravindra Kundu has been with the company for 24 years and has overall 36 years of experience. He started his career with the company as a Senior Executive in marketing in 2000. He progressed to leadership roles, overseeing various functions such as credit, collections, and business operations. He is the Non-Executive Chairman of Payswiff Technologies and serves on the Boards of Cholamandalam Securities and Cholamandalam Home Finance. Since January 2020, he has been the Executive Director of Chola. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce, has completed the postgraduate programmeme in management for senior executives from the Kellogg School of Management, the Indian School of Business, and an executive programmeme in global business management from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
