CFO Charanjit Surinder Singh Attra resigned from SBI

State Bank of India announced the resignation of Chief Financial Officer Charanjit Surinder Singh Attra on 30th June 2023.

Charanjit Surinder Singh Attra joined SBI in October 20202. Prior to that, he spent more than 12 years at ICICI Bank group, where he had roles in the areas of investment banking, economics (including generating money via equity and debt), industrial and consumer banking, accounting for finances, and administration. He formerly worked for reputable businesses, held a senior position at ICICI Securities, and was a Partner at EY India.

Kameshwar Rao Kodavanti has taken over the charge of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with effect from 01.07.2023, SBI informed the exchanges. A qualified Chartered Accountant Kodavati has been working with SBI since August 1991.
