Ramaswami V. Pillai, Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of Borosil Renewables Limited, has resigned. His resignation will be effective on March 31, 2024. In his resignation letter, Pillai mentions that he has finished his tasks at the company and has other work commitments. As a result, he will no longer be part of the Risk Management Committee.
