Bharat Dhirajlal Shah, age 76 years, Independent Director of Spandana Sphoorty Financial Ltd, retired as Director of the Company, upon completion of his term of office, at the close of business hours on April 12, 2023. He is the Chairman of HDFC Securities Limited and serves on the boards of 3M India Limited and Exide Industries Limited, Hexaware Technologies Limited, Strides Pharma Science Limited, Tata Sky Limited, Digikredit Finance Private Limited, Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited and Apollo Munich Health Insurance Company Limited.
