Bharat K. Sahu Joins NALCO As General Manager (Company Secretary), Following N. K. Mohanty’s Retirement

The Board of National Aluminium Company Limited (NALCO) has appointed Bharat Kumar Sahu as General Manager (Company Secretary) w.e.f. December 1, 2024, upon the superannuation of N. K. Mohanty, ED & Company Secretary, on November 30, 2024.

Sahu has worked in the corporate sector for 30 years, addressing a variety of issues such as Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), split and bonus issues, offer for sale (OFS), and more. He was associated with conducting more than 25 Investors’ Awareness Programs in different places in Odisha. Investors’ Awareness Program is an initiative of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) to spread awareness and educate people about the capital market and different products and services available in the market. He is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is also a law graduate from Utkal University, Odisha.
