Bharat Forge appoints Amit Kalyani as Jt. MD

Amit B. Kalyani has been re-designated as the Joint Managing Director of Bharat Forge with immediate effect. He is also a board member of various group companies like Bharat Forge Limited and Kalyani Steels Ltd and chairs the boards of BF Investment Ltd and Kalyani Investment Company Ltd. Mr. Kalyani has served on several committees of the Government of India on manufacturing, education, skill development, and bilateral relations. He is also on the advisory board of Capgemini, India, and serves as an Independent Director on the board of Schaeffler India Ltd.
