Bhansali Engineering Polymers Ltd announces changes in its Board

Babulal M. Bhansali has been appointed once again as the Managing Director of Bhansali Engineering Polymers Limited. With 15 years of experience in the steel industry, he ventured into the ABS & SAN manufacturing sector in 1986 and established Bhansali Engineering Polymers Limited, where he currently serves as the Managing Director. Babulal M. Bhansali plays a crucial role in the company’s operations, overseeing various activities such as raw material sourcing, administration, production, and expansion.

Furthermore, effective from July 1, 2023, Jayesh B. Bhansali has been re-designated as the Joint Managing Director cum CFO at Bhansali Engineering Polymers Limited. This re-designation will be valid until March 31, 2026. Jayesh B. Bhansali, currently serving as the Executive Director cum CFO, handles multiple responsibilities within the company, including marketing, finance, and general administration. He possesses extensive experience and expertise in the overall affairs of the company.

In another development, Kiran H. Bhansali, the Whole Time Director, resigned from his directorship position at Bhansali Engineering Polymers Limited on May 21, 2023. With over 24 years of management experience and an engineering background, Kiran Hiralal Bhansali possesses certifications related to operations and quality management. He has extensive international and domestic business experience, having participated in conferences, exhibitions, and the implementation of various quality systems and designs adhering to international standards.
