Balaji Amines Ltd. CFO Hemanth Reddy Gaddam, 5 IDs step down
Hemanth Reddy Gaddam has resigned as Whole-time Director & CFO of Balaji Amines with effect from closing hours on 20th May, 2023. Company informed the exchanges in an update that he intends to focus on the subsidiary Company, Balaji Speciality Chemicals Limited.
Company has also informed that Naveena Thammishetty Chandra, Kashinath Revappa Dhole, Satyanarayana Murthy Chavali, Amarender Reddy Minupuri and Vimala Behram Madon have resigned as Independent Directors of the Company.
Meanwhile, Ande Srinivas Reddy has taken charge as CFO for a tenure up to 31st Mach 2026.
Four new independent directors have also been appointed with effect from 20th May, 2023. New directors include Suhasini Yatin Shah, Uma Rajiv Pradhan, R. Mohan Kumar and Adabala Sheshagiri Rao.
