B. Shanmugasundaram Appointed Company Secretary of Coromandel International

Shanmugasundaram has taken charge as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Coromandel International with effect from October 9, 2023. Shanmugasundaram is a member of the  Institute  of  Company  Secretaries  of  India  he  also  holds  a  masters  in  law  from  jindal  global  law  school  and is also  a registered insolvency professional with over two decades of experience in Regulatory Compliance, Corporate Governance, Corporate Financial and Securities Law, M&A, Risk-Based Compliance Audits, Business Contracts, Intellectual Property, licensing matters and civil and criminal litigations. He  remains  active  in  various  professional  forums and has made research contributions to the publications  of  ISCI/legal  research  articles  and  other  prominent  law journals.
