
Aseem Joshi To Step Down As CEO Of GMM Pfaudler
Aseem Joshi, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of GMM Pfaudler Limited, has submitted his resignation to pursue new opportunities, and he will be relieved of his duties effective September 26, 2025.
Joshi has been the CEO of GMM Pfaudler’s India business since November 2021, bringing over two decades of experience in technology, strategy, sales, and manufacturing. He began his career with IBM in the US, contributing to advanced semiconductor fabrication and innovative chip development. As a consultant with McKinsey in the US, he drove M&A, sales strategies, and operational improvements across industries. In 2010, he moved to India with Eaton Fluid Power, shaping and implementing growth strategies. At Honeywell, he led multiple businesses and established a smart city-focused global unit spanning India, the Middle East, and the US. Joshi holds an MBA from INSEAD, an MS from Virginia Tech, and a BE from the University of Pune.
